Paul welcomed the attendees and introduced the speaker.

Following on from David's presentation Paul introduced any other business with an update on the business forum strategy.
With respect to marketing Ulverston as a place to do business, Ulverston 2000+ (the Ulverston Strategy Group) had asked the Business Forum to take on the role of marketing the town.
With respect to retailer issues the forum would support the Ulverston Traders Association rather do it ourselves.
Kate Harrison-Whiteside had agreed to work on how the forum could create a web presence. We may look for funding to support this.
Paul posed the question for members to take away & think about.
